Hola, Bonjour, Salud, and Hello :)
I figured it was time to post again so here goes...
First of all I have decided to teach myself how to play the piano... haha Nana(my grandmother) has a lot of music and books and stuff for playing the piano and I've really always wanted to learn so right now I'm borrowing a book from that should help me to figure out how to read and write piano music. So far I can play Doe a deer(but only because I figured out how to play it after watching The Muppet Show a few weeks ago) and there's this really cool thing I made up but I haven't written it down because I don't know how to write piano music... (interesting little circle isn't it?).
Another thing I wanted to put down was this passage I've been working with in one of my novels(Diamond Shiner). I think the passage kind of relates to what the whole book is about.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
There is a time for everything,
And a season for every activity under heaven:
A time to be born and a time to die,
A time to plant and a time to uproot,
A time to kill and a time to heal,
A time tear down and a time to build,
A time to weep and a time to laugh,
A time to mourn and a time to dance,
A time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
A time to embrace and a time to refrain,
A time to search and a time to give up,
A time to keep and a time to throw away,
A time to tear and a time to mend,
A time to be silent and a time to speak,
A time to love and a time to hate,
A time for war and a time for peace.
